At Level Up Deodorant, we take pride in creating high-quality products for growing boys and providing great customer service.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used deodorants.
If your product is unopened and unused, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@levelupskincare.com to discuss your return options.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the product (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (including deodorant) cannot be returned once opened or used.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
